Return Policy

At Turavura LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. How to Start a Return

Because our items are fulfilled through Amazon Warehouse, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us first at news@wearehealthyseniors.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and/or a return label based on your case.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at news@wearehealthyseniors.com with a photo and description. We’ll make it right.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care or hygiene products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
